Terms and Conditions


Price:

Our prices are in GBP(£) and are NOT subject to VAT at the current rate.


Delivery:

We currently provide delivery within Greater Manchester. If you are unsure of your eligibility regarding this matter please contact us before placing any order - deliveries to any area outside of the North West may incur an additional delivery charge.

Delivery of items will take place at the address entered during the order process. If you wish to change your delivery address after your order has been placed please notify us.

Provided all goods are successfully supplied to the address specified when completing an order then all goods will have been deemed to have been delivered and we will not be liable to you for non-compliance in regards to delivery of the goods. Furthermore, we do not have to satisfy ourselves that the person who accepts delivery at the address you have provided is you (or is a person authorised by you to accept delivery of the goods).

If delivery is attempted to the specified address at a pre-agreed time and date and we are unable to successfully supply the goods we retain the right to cost for an aborted delivery. 


Payment:

All payments made on the site will be processed strictly by certified third parties (Stripe/PayPal) only. We will not have access to any secure data, other than your telephone number, email address and the delivery address provided. By placing an order on the site the customer fully authorises for us to use the payment card used to cover all costs associated with said order. All orders are accepted in good faith and we cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of the payment method used.

The account associated with your payment method will be charged at time of order.

We reserve the right to suspend, or indeed cancel and provide a full refund on any order placed on the site.

It is at the customers own discretion to save/store/print any certificate of payment issued.


Stock/availability:

While we do try our very best to stock each and every item shown on the site there may be cases from time to time when an order is placed against an item that may no longer be in stock. In these circumstances the customer will be notified of any potential delay in delivery by email or telephone immediately after this has come to our attention.

On occasion slight changes in design may mean images shown on the site are not fully indicative of products, however structural specification of the product will remain exactly the same.


Cancellations, returns & refunds:

If at any point, prior to having a delivery slot confirmed, you wish to cancel an order placed on the site please notify us and we will provide you with a full refund - please note it may take up to 7 days for funds to be re-credited to your account, and that we cannot be held liable for any bank charges incurred as a result of this potential delay.

Any items delivered and thereafter identified as being damaged, or without all parts necessary for construction will be exchanged at the earliest convenience at no cost to the customer.

In the circumstance you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days from day of delivery in which to notify us. A full refund will be granted provided all items are unused and are within their original packaging - in the event that items are returned with substantial damage, or have been used we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.


The terms 'our', 'us' or 'we' refer to the owner of the website (Warehouse Direct) whose registered office is Millennium House, 1 Dorman Street, Openshaw, Manchester. The terms 'you' or 'customer' refer to the user or viewer of our website, and use of the terms 'goods' or 'items' refer to any viewable products within the website.
